Product Information

SOMBREN strives to present product information accurately. However, fragrance descriptions, burn times, and other details are general guidance and may vary.

Hand-Poured Product Variation

SOMBREN candles are hand-poured. Minor variations in appearance, color, and texture are natural and do not indicate a defect.

Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to availability. SOMBREN reserves the right to limit quantities and to decline or cancel orders.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may apply. Payment, when ordering is available, is processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

Shipping

SOMBREN currently ships within the United States unless otherwise stated. Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after an order is successfully placed. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Returns

Unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Damaged products should be reported within 7 days of delivery. See the Returns page for details.

Damaged, Defective, and Incorrect Orders

If SOMBREN sends an incorrect product or an eligible defect or error is attributable to SOMBREN, SOMBREN will correct the issue without requiring the customer to bear the applicable correction cost. Damaged products should be reported within 7 days of delivery, and SOMBREN may request photographs of the product and packaging.

Candle Use and Safety

Candles involve open flame and carry inherent risks. You are responsible for following the SOMBREN Burning Guide and all product safety instructions, including never leaving a burning candle unattended and keeping candles away from flammable materials, children, and pets.

Ask SOMBREN is an AI-powered fragrance and customer experience feature. It may occasionally provide incomplete or inaccurate information. Do not rely on it for definitive product, safety, or order information, and do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential information.

Intellectual Property
